Price Matching:
Should you discover a lower price on an identical brand and model number currently offered by another online competitor, Shaka Time Hawaii will honor that price. Simply email us the competitor's link showcasing the identical product at the time of purchase or within 7 days afterward. The term "identical item" refers to a product that matches in brand, style, color, quantity, size, model number, weight, etc. We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s advertised price, item specifications, and availability. Price matching is contingent upon the availability and stock status of the item from the competitor.

Price Protection:
Shop with confidence at shakatime.com, knowing that if an item you purchased from Shakatime Hawaii goes on sale for a lower price within 7 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference. All Price Match rules and exclusions apply. To claim a Price Protection adjustment, provide us with your original Shaka Time Hawaii receipt information. You will receive a refund for the difference between the original selling price and the current advertised or reduced price. Please note that clearance merchandise, conditional Online Only Special Offers, and shipping fees are not eligible for Price Protection adjustments.

Exclusions:
Shaka Time Hawaii does not price match competitor's items that are limited in quantity or offered for sale for less than 6 hours during a day. We also do not price match items offered for sale from Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, bonus or free offers, special offers, online-only offers, bundled offers, rebates, special financing offers, coupons, protection agreements, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box, or display merchandise. Additionally, we do not match typographical errors or competitor's prices resulting from a price match.
