For urgent needs, expedited shipping options for 1-2 day rush orders are available at checkout. We process orders within one business day and promptly ship them from our headquarters in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Deliveries to Hawaii addresses will take 1-2 days using Standard Shipping. Other shipping fees are based on the quantity of the order and the weight of the package.
Expedited shipping is only available to physical addresses and not PO Boxes.

Tracking Your Order
We utilize USPS, FedEx, GlobalPost, and other reliable shipping services for order delivery. Upon shipment, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number. Simply click the appropriate icon below to track your package. Please note that tracking information typically updates within one or two days after shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 365 days to return your purchase if you're unsatisfied. Simply send it back to our warehouse in Honolulu for a refund.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
For RETURNS: You have up to 365 days (1 full year) to return your items. They must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.
For EXCHANGES: Place a new order online and return the item for credit. Re-shipping fees will apply based on destination (this fee is only charged if the new order's shipping fee was not paid online).
ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE: Wholesale, bulk special orders, fabric orders, unpackaged items, made-to-order items (including embroidery, engraving, or special customization), and any closeout or final-sale items.
To CANCEL AN ORDER: If your order is pending shipment, contact us via email or phone to cancel. If your order has already shipped, we'll process it as an exchange or return.
